1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Saudi Arabia Only. If your location is not listed, please contact us to check availability.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free shipping is available for orders over 300 SAR if applicable.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method selected. Typical delivery times are:

Domestic: 3-7 business days

International: 7-14 business days

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your shipment’s status.

6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.

3. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you can return the item and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used products.

Perishable goods that are not defective.
